Matt,
You have a beautiful scheme.
I love your building in 3d its designed to look good when its built, good job.
I wonder if you would like to illustrate in 3d more the north facade. I think it could have much more credit than what you give it.

Matt,

Your elevations and perspectives are looking great. You made me stay up way too late... seeing your panoramic view with your building in it made me do mine last night… way too late, fortunately 3 out of the 4 meetings today at work were ran by me, so falling asleep was not an option!!

As we discussed last night, Werner has a very good point about the thermal break of materials (steel) continuing to the inside from the outside without a break and insulation, however I think it's solvable. As we talked there are ways to make it look like it continues through, but have it break with insulation or a gasket between. I appreciate the initiative you took to design your own sun control devices!

Keep up the great work

Hey Matt,

I just noticed... because I was trying to figure it out last night on my own elevation... the front elevation of the neighboring building looks too tall. Compare the people in the picture with your door. The lady is probably around 5'4" and the guy is probably around 5'-10 to 6'... just a guess, thats what I settled on. (yes, I inserted an image without a problem, didn't even have to call our Revit guy!

Yeah, I saw that and haven't had a chance to fix it yet. 3:35 AM does have it's disadvantages also! Nice catch. You're the first of many...
