SITE PLAN
Here is the finished layout for my site. I will add color and elevations marks for the final as described in the project deliverables.

Thanks so much for this revised post. I was going to ask you what was going on in the area that you are now showing trash and tanks. I do have a question. Is it possible to rotate the entrance to the garage so you pull in where you have marked it a non parking zone? It seems a bit extreme to turn at that angle if it is possible to avoid it. Good work buddy, you need to get some sleep!

I have studied these dimensions and maybe needed to have post them with this plan. The drive isle is ~30' across for the entrance of the garage and the inner turn radius along the right side of the drive is 20'+. I agree this isn't the most delicate approach but I feel it's the best for my design. The reason the trash and water tanks are along the south side of the drive is because I have positive elevation where the can be stored under the first floor grade with access doors toward the drive. Thanks for the great question! I had to re-measure to make sure...

I was also thingking... the provided service area allows for a buffer space coming around the corner. Without that there, one would be turning right around a wall coming into the garage with a partially blocked view. Again THANK YOU for the comments!
